A new initiative for dispensing residual end-of-the-fiscal-year monies in the form of a Small Grant Fund for CLST Grad Student Summer Research was approved by the Executive Committee at its last meeting.  Small $50-100 awards will be given out, depending on the amount of funds and the numbers of quality applications for them, as deemed by the Executive Committee, whose task it is evaluate them.  Open only to CLST certificate students.  Applicants must send a C.V. and 1-paragraph description  of the work they hope to accomplish with the CLST funding are due on 5 May 2014.
